PUSH-UP CHALLENGE
Push For Better Mental Health – Community members in the Village of Beisker and Town of Irriacana have teamed up to show their support for the 20% of Canadians who experience mental illness each year. They are taking part n the Push-Up Challenge starting February 1! They are challengin you to complete a heap of push0ups (or an alternative exercise) between February 1 and February 23rd to Push For Better Mental Health outcomes in Canada.
