BCS School Council Information
The BCS School Council is a structured organization whose membership is composed of parents, school administration, staff members, and community members. Parents & guardians of current students are welcome to actively engage in monthly meetings where they work to effectively support and enhance student learning: to discuss school issues, provide advice on policy and procedures, and support programs and special events.
Meetings are usually no more than 90 minutes and are held on the third Tuesday of the month throughout the school year at 7:00pm.
All parents/guardians who attend have voting rights on decisions/initiatives that are being discussed/implemented and are not required to hold an executive position in order to do so.
Our purpose is to support the school community and offer guidance by providing a voice for parents, which will benefit all students.
