VILLAGE OF BEISEKER – UTILITY BILLS AND PAYMENTS
With Canada Post workers on strike as of November 15, 2024, please use the following to receive your utility bill and/or make payments to the Village of Beiseker.
- Utility bills that are sent to local Box numbers will still be mailed. The Beiseker Post Office has informed us that they are still distributing local mail.
- We will continue to email utility bills that are normally sent by email.
For convenience and cost savings, we encourage you to sign up to receive your utility bill by email (please call 403-947-3774 or email [email protected])
- Whether or not you receive a utility bill, notice of property taxation, or other charge from the Village of Beiseker, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the Village office for amounts owing. Any outstanding amounts will be subject to penalties.
- HOW TO PAY UTILITIES OR TAXES OWED (this includes any amount owing to the Village of Beiseker
- Online banking through any banking institute (search for Beiseker, Village of Beiseker, or contact your bank for instructions)
- E-transfer to [email protected]. Include your account number or civic address for proper application of payment
- Credit Card payments are accepted through www.paysimply.ca
- Drop off your payment (cash, cheque or debit) at the Village Office during business hours 8am to 5pm Monday through Thursday (closed for lunch between 12pm and 1pm) Fridays from 8am to 12pm
- A drop box at the front door of the Village Office can be used for cash or cheque after hours
