Community Information Sharing Event

BEISEKER – COMMUNITY INFORMATION SHARING EVENT
The Village of Beiseker Council has requested a “Community Information Sharing Event” that is scheduled for Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 7 to 9pm at the Beiseker Community Hall – 410 5th Street. All residents and businesses in Beiseker and area are invited to attend.
Presentations from Council and local organizations will be scheduled.
If you have any suggestions or ideas that you would like Council to address that evening, please provide it in writing before April 5, 2024.
These can be:
* Mailed to Box 349, Beiseker AB T0M 0G0
* Emailed to beiseker@beiseker.com
* or dropped off at 700 1st Avenue – Village Office
Written submissions must include:
* a statement of your question, comment or concern
* any suggested action that can be considered by Council/Administration
* Name and contact information or a statement that you want to remain anonymous.
After presentations from Village Council, we are opening the floor to local organizations who have pre-registered to present to the audience. The final agenda will be posted after April 5, 2024.
